Each of them has a goal and the more you're invested in them, the more satisfaction you will get from this as they succeed.
As far as recognition goes, Juice Plus+ does recognition right. If your business qualifies for a particular level, you can never go back. You don't have to be pressured into maintaining a certain level of production to keep your level.
